1. TECHNICAL FEATURES

(1) Adopt three taker-in or single taker-in, gill pin taker-in structure. (Three taker-in structure for OE spinning)
(2) Adopt up-positioned feed plate structure to reduce fiber damage.
(3) Adopt front 8 rear 8 aluminium alloy stationary flats, front 1 rear 1 web purifier to reinforce the carding efficiency.
(4) Increase the central distance of Cylinder, expand the carding area and improve the production.
(5) Adopt reversing condenser and cross apron web-collecting combination, no broken ends and extensive applicable range, which is the best guaranty of high speed and high production.
(6) Central continuous waste suction for the whole machine; Integrated plastic moulding structure for the dust box. No flyings and convenient observation and maintenance.
(7) Multiple stop motions, PLC control for the whole machine, technological parameters adjustment by touch screen and all kinds of trouble display.
