Application:

This machine is used to primarily open acrylic fibres, terylene, cotton and other chemical fibre synthetic materials through feeders, and then convey them to the opening machine.After having been opened, the materials will be carried to the condenser by cotton suction fan for trash and dust extraction, then fed to the carding and slivering machine though the autolevelle feeding hopper for further trash extraction, and finally careded into even slivers of certain weight for the following process.
The main characteristics:
1. Adpot the micro differential pressure speed-regulating device, so as to guarantee the continuous supplying of the materials and the even feeding of the cotton layers.
2. Adopt the long-term and short-term control by autolevellers to improve the sliver quality, with the CV value between 2.5-4%.
3. Computer control for the whole machine and high automatization.

1. Applicable material: acrlic fibres, terylene, viscose, cotton and other synthetic chemical fibre, with the fibre length20-65mm and the fineness within 0.6-20 denier.

4. Flats form: revolving flats 82pcs, of which working flats 30pcs, and the working surface linear speed direction is opposite to that of Cylinder linear speed, with front 3 and rear 11 stationary flats.
